Parish Council: The Parish Council is a consultative leadership body of parishioners that advises and make recommendations to the Pastor in developing and living out the mission of the parish.
Finance Council: The Finance Council, required by the Code of Canon Law, advises the Pastor and Parish Council about effective stewardship of the Parish's financial resources.
Members of the Parish and Finance Councils should be Baptized and Confirmed Roman Catholics, registered and supporting members of the parish; committed to prayer, study, listening and dialogue; and committed to Stewardship of Time, Talent, and Treasure. Participation is by invitation from the Pastor.
School Commission: The school commission is a consultative body whose purpose is to advise and support the Principal and Pastor as they form policy and direct the ongoing development of the school. Participation is by invitation of the Pastor and Principal.
Building and Grounds Committee: This group acts as an advisory body to provide the Pastoral Assistant for Administration with options and feedback on the stewardship of the parish's buildings, equipment and grounds.
Ushers: Take up the collection and assist people in finding seats. Answer questions and help in emergencies that may arise.
Greeters: Greeters are the first point of contact for parishioners and visitors who come to the weekend Masses. Greeters should come to the vestibule 15 minutes before Mass to greet and welcome parishioners/visitors.
Parish Office Volunteers: Training provided to support the office staff in the operations of the parish office.
Contemporary Choir: Leads and shares traditional and contemporary liturgical music for services. Sings at the 9:00 am Mass on the 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Sundays of each month. Rehearsals are 1 hour before Mass and 1/2 hour after Mass. Also sings for Advent and Lent Penance services, Good Friday, and Simbang Gabi.
Multicultural Choir & Children's Choir: Sings on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Sings traditional liturgical music as well as Filipino liturgical songs. Leads Children's choir in singing for Mass.
Organ Choir:
Sings occasionally at the 5:30 pm Mass on Saturday and the 11:00 am Mass on Sundays and on special Holy Days. Sings from the organ loft accompanying the organ.
Cantor: Leads the parishioners in song and responses during all Masses.
Spanish Choir: Sings for the Spanish Mass on Sundays at 1:00 pm
Religious Education (First Communion and First Reconciliation): Teaches Religious Education on Sunday mornings at 10 am for grade levels ranging from K - 8th. Available in English and Spanish. Classes begin each October.
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA): RCIA is the present-day process by which people enter into the Catholic Faith. This is the process through which non-Catholics can explore Catholicism and make a decision to become a Catholic. Also welcome are parishioners who would like to learn more about their faith.
Confirmation Preparation: Assists in the preparation of high-school-aged youth who wish to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.
